Description We are in search of a meticulous Tax Preparer to be an integral part of our team located in Richardson, Texas, United States. As a Tax Preparer, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of preparing corporate tax, using Excel for data management, and utilizing various accounting software systems. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Preparation of corporate tax forms including 1120, 1120s, and 1045. • Efficient use of Excel for data extraction and management, specifically utilizing pivot tables and VLOOKUP's. • Proficiency in using CCH Axcess software for tax preparation. • Conducting various accounting functions and maintaining accurate records. • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any inquiries. • Performing data entry tasks with precision. • Handling ADP - Financial Services related tasks. • Managing allowances and deductibles as part of tax preparation. • Employing Drake Tax Software and CCH Sales Tax for tax-related tasks.
