Description We are in the process of recruiting a Tax Preparer for our team located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, United States. This role presents a long-term contract employment opportunity in the industry. As a Tax Preparer, you will take on a variety of responsibilities including, but not limited to, preparing initial 1040 forms, managing accounting functions, and utilizing accounting software systems. Responsibilities: • Preparation of initial 1040 forms in a timely and precise manner. • Accurate data entry of allowances and deductions for clients. • Utilize accounting software systems to ensure efficient processing. • Handle accounting functions and financial records with confidentiality and precision. • Resolve client inquiries related to E1040 and other tax-related issues. • Monitor and maintain updated records of client accounts. • Take appropriate action based on the review of client accounts.
