Who we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant advisory experience in tax compliance, preferably within a tax consulting or accounting firm or tax department in a multi-national company. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of an international team.

Your future role

Analyze complex VAT issues and provide recommendations for various business units within Siemens. Work across Siemens teams to provide appropriate solutions for business requirements. Participation in various trainings to enhance VAT knowledge. Collaboration with colleagues to understand client operations and deliver tailored VAT solutions Support business development efforts - draft proposals, prepare for meetings/calls, etc; Assistance in all IT system relevant tax topics (SAF-T, E-Factura, Pre-filled VAT returns, etc) Assurance that all upcoming tax requirements are implemented on time Support in any upcoming tax audits (communication with relevant stakeholders, preparation of documents, etc.) Support in preparation of TP documentation Assistance in all relevant tax compliance filings (CIT return, VAT return, Withholding Tax, etc.) Assistance in the calculation of tax positions (deferred tax, effective tax rates)
