Requirements

Must be a Namibian Citizen;

Persons with disabilities and from previously disadvantaged designated groups are strongly encouraged to apply;

Must have Grade 12;

1 - 2  years work experience in a similar administrative role will be an added advantage, but is not a requirement;

Must be able to meet deadlines, perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks;

Competent in the use of Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel.

Duties

Essential administrative support to our Tax Risk team;

Support with WIP management, including fee note management;

Client account and documentation management; 

Administrative support with certain staff management functions; and

Other Ad-Hoc Administrative Duties
