CLA is currently seeking an Tax Senior to join our growing team in either of our Central Washington or Spokane offices!

As a Tax Senior, you will:

Prepare, supervise, and review individual, S corporation, and partnership engagements.Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and work closely with other tax team members to identify and research complex tax issues.Focus on engagement management and operational excellence.Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers.Expand your technical and professional knowledge through greater exposure to client interactions, regular self-study, and training opportunities.Get the opportunity to work with many great clients.

You have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.You have at least 2 years of experience in professional accounting, finance, or related field required.Experience with private clients or real estate preferred.You are looking for a firm that will support and foster your aspiring career goals.You jump at the chance to help others and you’re ready to join a team of high-performing people.You have a knack for solving issues and confidently bring solutions to the table.You love to work with clients’ to help their businesses succeed strategically.You have or are eligible to sit for the CPA license.

Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth.  We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people.  Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.  These same factors may cause starting pay to be below or above the posted range.  For Washington, the range for this position is $69,000 to $111,000.
