Description We are seeking a Tax Staff - Public to join our team in Burnsville, Minnesota. This role is crucial within our CPA firm, as you will be responsible for processing both corporate and individual tax returns. Responsibilities: • Process corporate tax returns with precision and efficiency • Prepare and process individual tax returns • Maintain accurate records of all tax-related activities • Resolve customer inquiries regarding their tax returns • Monitor customer accounts for any discrepancies or issues • Take appropriate action to resolve any issues identified • Assist in the training of new staff members • Participate in the revamp of our team, contributing fresh ideas and strategies • Use your accounting knowledge to enhance our team's effectiveness.
