Key Responsibilities:
Data Management:
Update the AMS LMIS (mSupply) with accurate and timely information.
Maintain dispatch and shipment logs to monitor and track TB and HIV drugs, testing kits, and commodities.
Perform simple exporting and importing of LMIS data into Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting.
System Maintenance:
Conduct daily data backups to ensure the integrity and security of information.
Perform routine equipment checks and promptly report technical issues to the IT support team.
Collaborate with World Vision’s mSupply team to maintain secure, up-to-date systems with the latest software.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with Logistics and Dispatch Officers to align data entry activities with operational requirements.
Ensure adherence to data security protocols and support real-time monitoring of stock status at the national level.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION/SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCEDiploma in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in data entry and working with electronic logistics systems, preferably mSupply.
Familiarity with supply chain or inventory management processes is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic database management.
Strong understanding of data backup and security practices.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Key Performance Indicators:Timely and accurate data entry into mSupply.
Consistent daily data backups and maintenance of dispatch logs.
Prompt resolution of technical issues in coordination with IT support.
Efficient collaboration with Logistics and Dispatch Officers to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
