Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the marketUses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.Measuring and monitoring metrics and operating mechanisms to ensure achievement of business objectives (e.g., lead generation programs, trade show management, etc)Required QualificationsThis role requires significant experience in the Marketing & Region Marketing. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).5+ years’ experience in marketing, market development or related fieldExcellent oral and written communications skillsPlanning and project management skillsExperience working with Sales teams and supporting programs to drive awareness and sales.Preferred Qualifications:MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field7+ years’ experience in marketing, market development or related fieldMarketing experience in market & customer insights, product commercialization and brandingHealthcare product/industry acumenInnovation – ability to develop/execute on new ideas through collaborationTeam oriented – ability to work well with diverse, cross-functional teamsLeadership and initiative to drive business objectivesDigital Marketing and Social mediaCan learn fast quickly and communicate effectively in a fast paced environment
