About the Role
• This position will play a crucial role in driving strategic and tactical initiatives under TDA Transformation; able to identify and initiate transformation programs that that focus in our TDA operating efficiency. A domain guide in process, governance, and operating efficiency. Work with Group / Business / TDA collaborators to ensure strong alignment and successful execution of the initiatives.Roles and Responsibilities:
Drive efficiency of IT services, processes and governance model and identifying bottlenecks and excess.Defines, drives, and coordinates the development of process improvement initiatives. Leads analysis and process mapping efforts and identifies and prioritizes opportunities for improvement.Evaluates prioritizes, recommends and leads improvement opportunities and changes to existing IT services and business alignment.Driving uplift in IT operational and execution capability through a deep understanding of levers across the IT landscape to enhance efficiency through enablers such as engineering, automation, cloud-native adoption, IAAC, FinOps, DevOps, Agile, SecOps etc. while balancing the needs of process and effective IT controlsExperience in defining performance measures and providing continuous feedback on measures (both financial and non-financial) such as SLAs and TATs within IT operations to measure impact of initiativesDrive and implement impact initiatives that drive efficiencies through optimization of technologies, and shared servicesWork with other IT SMTs and group office to ensure alignment and best application of group standards and governance controlCollaborate with IT SMTs and collaborators to ensure effective implementation and adoption of TDA efficiency initiatives, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.Consult with business owners and SMEs on on-going improvements and deliver standard methodology IT operations & processes and provide sustainable & scalable solutionsMinimum Job Requirements:
University graduate with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with people management experienceValidated experience in leading and handling IT efficiency improvement programs, applying program management methodologies and agile practices.Validated experience in leading IT transformation initiatives through process and change management in an enterprise ITSelf-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and lead changing priorities.Able to work in fast paced and exciting environmentsCreative thinker, proactive, enthusiastic, able to work independently and as a great teammateBusiness knowledge in insurance industryExcellent communication, coaching and consultative skillsDemonstrated understanding of digital transformation trends and technologies, and their application in enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, Background in consulting or experience of project delivery will be plusOthers:
