What You Can Expect

The Solution Architect is primarily responsible for the project management and implementation of ZBEdge Solutions, with the main objective of supporting customers in adopting the ZBEdge technologies in their daily practice. Furthermore, they are responsible for the seamless collaboration with the local sales teams, ZBEdge Marketing, the TDS teams for clinical support and technical services, and the Product Systems Consultants.

How You'll Create Impact     Lead and manage the post-sales implementation of the various ZBEdge projects (e.g. ROSA, mymobility, OrthoIntel, OptiVu, ROSA Efficient Care).    Interact closely with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and on-time project implementation.    Collaborate and communicate effectively with all TDS teams, i.e. sales, clinical support, technical services, product system consultants.    Training of clinical care teams in order to properly use ZBEdge Solutions.    Actively support customers in driving the technology utilization while considering existing customer specific workflows and responsibilities.    Customize mymobility features and content based on customer needs, using the content management systems and the customer facing applications.    Perform User Acceptance Tests (UAT) for the mymobility application prior to every major release.What Makes You Stand Out     Understands the importance of being proactive as well as reacting quickly to opportunities and problems.     Growth mindset.    Interpersonal and problem-solving skills necessary to interact with executives, physicians, and hospital staff.    Able to build credibility quickly with people at all levels of the client’s organization.    Confidence in presenting solutions to customers and support of the sales process.    Capable of understanding expectations and quickly acting on them.    Able to identify workflow issues and summarize requirements.    Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills in English and at least one additional major European language.    Proficient in use of software applications to include EXCEL, WORD and POWERPOINT.    Lean Six Sigma trained.Your Background     Bachelor’s or Master`s degree economic or clinical study.    Lean Six Sigma Green Belt as a minimum.    Current or previous work experience in hospitals is helpful (healthcare experience preferred) with 2-3 years of experience.Travel Expectations
