Adecco is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter Coordinator to join our client’s team in Denton, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of mutual fund dividend distributions and reinvestments. Your duties will include maintaining distribution calendars, monitoring fund agent communications, creating dividend system transactions, and preparing trade logs. This role offers competitive compensation ($23.41/hour) with the potential for extension at the end of the 3-month contract period. Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm op reasons to work with Adecco: Weekly Pay Upskilling opportunities through the Adecco Aspire Academy Dedicated onboarding specialist to guide you from offer to your first day. **Requirements:** + Related associate degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent work experience + Strong communication skills. + Knowledge about community resources. + Able to work with and relate to participants and be culturally sensitive. + Strong organizational skills. + · Must be computer literate and have MS Word and Excel skills at minimum, and the ability to learn specialized databases and software systems. + · Bilingual a plus - Spanish **Description:** + · Meets with participants to identify barriers to employment and develop strategies to manage these issues. + · Maintains complete, accurate and timely case notes and related records in manual and or electronic systems. + · Outreach to referrals who fail to show for appointment. + · Eligibility determination, data entry and case management. + · May conduct orientations for outreach purposes. + · Maintain contact with customer and employers for work experience activities. + · May assist with guidance for vocational training activities, support service’s needs. + · Create update and ensure completion of plans according to contract deadlines. + · Attends scheduled supervision meetings to discuss participant’s progress. **Pay Details:** $23.41 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
