JR60541 TDT SR Device ENGINEER

As the Senior Engineer in the TDT (TD Taiwan) Device team, your role will be pivotal in spearheading DRAM device development projects, focusing on model delivery, performance enhancement, and reliability optimization for cutting-edge DRAM technologies. You'll engage in close collaboration with peers across the Technology Development divisions, contributing to the advancement of CMOS technologies within a dynamic, high-volume manufacturing setting. Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of technology development and its subsequent transfer. This position demands a robust background in integration and device expertise, coupled with the capacity to lead technical initiatives for intricate problem-solving within multidisciplinary teams that are of strategic significance to the organization.

Your additional responsibilities will include aligning TDT CMOS Device team and transfer objectives with those of the Technology Development sites, ensuring a cohesive and streamlined approach to innovation and implementation.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Microelectronics, or a related field.Profound knowledge of semiconductor processes and characterization techniques.Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., JMP/CEDA), Design of Experiments (DOE) methods, and layout design software (e.g., Cadence).Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a creative approach to technical challenges.Excellent command of English, both in writing and speaking.Prior R&D experience is an advantage.Fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
