Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic After-School Tutorial Center Teachers to join our educational program team. The Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective instruction, assessing student progress, and contributing to the overall development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Instruction and Curriculum Delivery:

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum standards and meet the needs of diverse learners. Deliver engaging and interactive instruction that supports student understanding and growth. Utilize various teaching methods and technologies to enhance learning experiences.

Assessment and Evaluation:

Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and observations. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their progress. Maintain accurate records of student achievements and progress.

Classroom Management:

Establish and maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment. Implement effective behavior management strategies to promote student engagement and discipline. Address any classroom issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional practices and student outcomes. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns. Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.

Student Support and Development:

Identify and address individual student needs, including those requiring additional support or enrichment. Encourage student participation and foster a love for learning. Provide mentorship and guidance to students as needed.
