Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The California Hospital Medial Center Early Care and Education programs provide early care and education services for infants toddlers and pre-school children. Staff within these programs are charged with nurturing and stimulating the social emotional language cognitive and physical development of each child. Center-based Early Care and Education programs are open year round from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m Monday though Friday. Duties include:

Planning and preparing daily classroom activities.  Direct instructional services.Maintaining high quality classroom environments Daily record keeping.
Qualifications
2 years of experience working with children birth to five years.AA in Child Development or a minimum of 24 Child Development units required. Current CPR and First Aid training requiredBilingual English/Spanish language skills preferred. California Department of Education Teacher Permit preferred
