Classroom Management
Help maintain a neat and orderly classroom Help manage behavior of student(s) as neededLesson Preparation and Delivery
Discuss assigned duties with classroom teacher(s) in order to coordinate instructional efforts Present subject matter to student(s) under the direction and guidance of teachers, using lectures, discussions or supervised role-playing methods Tutor and assist children individually or in small groups in order to help them master assignments and to reinforce learning concepts presented by teachers Assume responsibility for learning and adapting to each student's special medical, physical, communicative and emotional needs Work with individual student(s) or small groups to develop needed skills and conduct instructional exercises assigned by the teacher Keep teacher informed of special needs and/or problems of student(s)
