Team Assistant, Creative Strategy, EMEA - Fixed Term Contract 12 months

We are looking for an experienced Assistant to support the Director of Creative Strategy, EMEA and the team by handling a high volume of organizational work and working across multiple territories. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to pivot when necessary. This role will juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and unwavering attention to detail at all times. This will be a demanding and fast-moving role that requires someone who is proactive and solution-oriented. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: + Support the Director, Creative Strategy EMEA with complex calendar management, maintaining an agile approach to changing needs and priorities + Support two Managers in the Creative Strategy EMEA team with calendar and global travel support + Schedule and confirm meetings both internally and externally and often with creative talent + Coordinate logistics / technical set-up for content partner meetings. + Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally for Netflix execs and external talent + Administrative duties around processing travel and expense reports, file management, etc + Communicate to relevant stakeholders internally and externally. + Work collaboratively with Assistants in our wider EMEA teams, UCAN, LATAM and APAC + Be the team's go-to person for tools for both internal and external systems + Support the team with ad hoc projects such as building presentations + Work on building and running large offsites for EMEA Content and Global Nonfiction teams + Liaise with high-profile talent and coordinate gifting for partners Qualifications: + A senior Executive Assistant or Business Partner with deep experience supporting multiple senior-level executives in a corporate or production environment. + Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly. + Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task. + Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information. + Team player who operates in a fast-paced team-oriented setting. + Can demonstrate a huge passion for content + Demonstrates flexibility towards work such as responding after hours for important, timely, or urgent matters. + Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Google Mail. + Fluency in English and, ideally, one additional EMEA language.
