We are looking for a TEAM ASSISTANT (m/f/d) to join our team:
The Team Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting a functional area by handling various administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and helping the team stay organized and efficient.
Responsibilities:
Managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining files. Handling internal and external communications, including emails and phone calls. Creating and formatting documents, presentations, and reports. Organizing team events, conferences, and travel arrangements. Scheduling travel (flights and accommodations) and car rentals for team trips. Handling the team's monthly expenses. Processing orders. Ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and maintaining a tidy workspace. Supporting project management tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.Qualifications:
Technical or higher education in Languages, Secretarial Studies, Administrative Assistance, or a similar area. Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written). More than 4 years of experience in administrative support. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). We value organization, proactivity, proficiency, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage diverse tasks, learn, and work in a team. Ease in managing and organizing travel logistics.What you can expect from us:
