Job Opportunity: Temporary TA/PA with Spanish or German (Spanish Preferred)

Position Details:

Role: Temporary TA/PA (Spanish or German, Spanish preferred) Rate: £19.23 per hour Duration: 5 to 6 weeks Start Date: Mid Jan 2025 Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (site-based) Central London

Key Responsibilities:

Providing support to a team of 2 senior leaders who are largely self-sufficient. Offering assistance to the wider Senior Management Team (SMT) of 6/7 members. Diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and comprehensive TA support. Typing and document preparation. Keeping up with a busy and fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Spanish or German (Spanish preferred). Experience in supporting senior executives and managing multiple priorities. Exceptional typing skills (50wpm or faster). Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a high-pressure role.
