Your roleAssist with organizational and administrative topics to support our ZEISS Ventures Team in Munich. As a Team Assistant (part-time, around 20h per week) you will be responsible for:
Calendar and travel management
Tracking progress of tasks and deadlines
Office management, general secretarial work
Providing administrative support to Operations Manager and Head of Internal Ventures
Organization of internal and external appointments, workshops, and events
Responsible for purchasing and processing invoices
Your profileFirst professional experience as (Management) Assistant in an international environment (1-2 years)
Excellent time management skills and strong organization skills
Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
Ability to build networks and keenness to work in intercultural and interdisciplinary global teams
Business fluent in English and German (must have) combined with strong communication skills
Sound knowledge of MS Office applications/tools - especially PowerPoint and Excel
