We’re looking for a Team Business Manager to:

• guide a team of client associates (CAs), making sure all requests and alerts are addressed
• educate clients on account services and capabilities, and train CAs to do the same
• prioritize account service requests and review daily reports so they can be appropriately delegated or processed
• oversee the client onboarding process and client meetings
• support financial advisors in the development of a team business plan, identifying client opportunities and book segmentation
• manage the use of team technology and ensure all team members are trained accordingly

• New York: the salary range for this role is $65000 to $85000
