About Marsh European Support Centre in Warsaw:

EBSC, as the internal centre of excellence, has taken over operations from Marsh Europe insurance business to let our brokers focus directly on clients. In our daily work, we strive for efficiency, high quality, and outstanding results delivering them on time. Our scope of service includes different kinds of support like: administrative activities, insurance policy management, claims, invoicing, and data management.

We have around 450+ colleagues on board of 11 nationalities but our plans are ambitious as we want to double the size of the team within two years! As we love languages, we speak 21 of them in total! As Team Coordinator you’ll be responsible for supporting Team Leader in various people management tasks for team.

We will rely on you to:

Manage a team of administration specialists: recruiting, motivating, coaching and developing team members by setting clear goals, managing and prioritizing workload and monitoring performance

Plan and develop new procedures within area of a team responsibility

Resolve internal clients escalations in a timely manner

Implementation of business-focused solutions within time and/or cost constraints

Prepare management reports

Process improvements

Coordination of various projects and team`s initiatives

What you need to have:

Previous professional experience in international environment (preferably in insurance operations or SSC) and min 1 year of experience in managing diverse teams

Excellent command of spoken and written English

Good command of German, Spanish, Italian or French would be an asset

Ability to plan resources and track utilization of the team
