Team Coordinator (SNVMC/SLR)- Full time Day shift

Schedule: Monday - Friday:

Holiday/ Weekends: Occasional Holiday and weekend Coverages when needed

Time: 10:00AM - 18:30PM

1. The Team Coordinator will also assume temporary responsibilities and oversight of SLR laboratory, Central Testing and Processing.

2. Coordinate Quality Improvement through training, staff management and supervision for SNVMC and SLR.

3. Assist the laboratory manager with projects, leadership meeting and the overall daily operations and management of both sites.

4. Maintain oversight on direct reports in training, daily activities, performance, disciplinary actions and quality improvements.

5. Manage, assign and utilize available resources accordingly between the laboratories.

6. Report discrepancies in a timely manner and facilitate resolutions.

7. Manage conflict resolutions with clients as well as staff members.

-Must have a strong understanding of business operations and demonstrates business acumen.
- Able to understand and discuss (team/department/division/organization) performance relative to goals and able to take appropriate action to ensure results are achieved.
- Able to break down complex problems into manageable tasks for action plan implementation.
- Takes initiative and executes independently.
- Uses Critical Thinking in Decision Making: Seeks advice to clarify and understand issues, makes decisions based upon data, presents conclusions appropriately, makes decisions while considering long term impact and self corrects ineffective solutions.
