What you’ll do

The Team Coordinator for training is coordinating the area/department taking into account optimal personnel deployment organization, maximum throughput, SLA achievement and the given quality requirements as well as the compliance with the daily goals.

Operational support and coordination of the department  Responsible for compliance with the agreed SLAs  Ensuring the qualitative and quantitative processing Ensuring the correct execution of administrative handling  Taking measures to increase efficiency and quality 

 Training/People: 

Contribute for 6S and order in the area    Process handling, design and improvement  Ensure that the process is fully documented and trained   Smooth communication with all required departments involved in the process    Supporting a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion  Smooth communication and collaboration with all required departments related to the processes
