Job Summary Novant Health Medical Group is hiring a Team Culture & Performance Program Coordinator . The role of this individual is to ensure performance of department activities, which may include, but are not limited to, division budget, interface with human system activities and day to day operations procedures to achieve high quality, productive and efficient results. Represents and coordinates these activities with all functional areas of the division and other areas of the cooperation to achieve corporate objectives. Demonstrate awareness of technologies and AV equipment effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software. Builds trust, communicate effectively, and provide project leadership and consultation. Demonstrates strong written and verbal communications. Demonstrate adaptability and model personal development. Ability to travel/drive to multiple locations/facilities as needed. Qualifications + Education: BA, BS in hospital, healthcare, required. BA, BS in hospital, healthcare. + Experience: Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience working with providers, preferred.
