Team Fredbird Members are responsible for fulfilling sponsorship promotions during home games, assisting with theme night entertainment, hosting pre-game activities around the ballpark, and running fan entertainment activities throughout the season. In addition to in-game responsibilities, this position will support a variety of departments within the organization at events as needed and represent the Cardinals at events throughout the community.\n

Job Duties:\n\nEncourage fan participation in activities and promotions throughout the park \nInterview fans prior to the game and between innings \nWork with Fredbird throughout the games to provide a fun, family friendly atmosphere for the fans \nAssist with theme night entertainment \nHelp departments in the organization with a variety of events (ex: Cards Care 6k, Kids Club Party, Weather Day, etc.)\nMake community appearances throughout the calendar year\n\n

Education and Experience Required:\n\nMust be at least 18 years of age\n1-2+ years of experience in cheer & dance\n1-2+ years of experience in marketing & promotions\nStrong verbal communication skills\nAbility to work night, weekends, and holidays as scheduled\nAbility to stand and walk comfortably for long periods of time\n\n
