Private Banking Department - Private Banking and Trust Services

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Team Head, Relationship Management.

Principal responsibilities

Manage and supervise the team members to performtheir dutiesin compliantwith the guidelines,policies,and governing rules and regulations Serve the high net worth (HNW) customers with assets to maximize profit of the Bank and to expand the market share of HASE Private Banking Manage sales performance to achieve individual, team and department targets Develop and coach the relationship managers under direct supervision to ensure their competency in respect of sales compliance and providing suitable investment advice and products to clients Provide guidance to team members on credit quality of customer loan portfolios; assess the exposure and financial viability diligently when making recommendation on loan structure and pricing Ensure high level of efficiency and accuracy of whole team in daily operations by maintaining Group / Bank’s internal control standard, implementing and observing Group / Bank’s compliance policies and maintaining the awareness of operational risk to minimize the risk exposure of private bank
