**Job Summary**
Leads a team in the Gas Operations Integration Center by providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to team members to ensure business objectives are achieved while providing exception execution.
**Essential Functions**
+ Provide daily supervision, technical advice, training and information to team members
+ Plan, direct, supervise, and evaluate workflow. Coordinate work activities to meet operational requirements
+ Coach and develop each team member to assist them in reaching their maximum potential. Document each team members short and long-term career objectives and guide them in creating robust development plans
+ Build effective partnerships with appropriate field leaders to ensure a high level of collaboration between the organizations
+ Create a culture of continuous improvement within the team
+ Be visible, check in with team members, be proactive in managing emerging issues
+ Work closely with other Team Leaders and Managers to promote unity and role-model collaborative relationships in meeting Integration Center objectives
+ Drives execution with the customer as the premier focus
+ Ensures compliance with outside regulators and internal company policies as they relate to scheduling and assigning responsibilities
+ Excellent communications with mobile workforce, field operations, system operations, meter-to cash, call center, construction services, and all others that may apply to ensure collaborative and effective partnerships
+ Assess and appropriately distribute workload to employees
+ Departmental support systems and tools are utilized, and work is coordinated among various departments resulting in effective scheduling, coordinating, assigning, and data reporting
+ Management of staffing levels to ensure timely completion of all assignments, goals, objectives, and exceptional customer service
+ Motivated and engaged teams focused on exceptional execution of work plans and business objectives
+ Robust succession plan in place to promote sustainable leadership continuity
**Required Qualifications For Position**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ 4-6 years Five years experience in Distribution Operations, or equivalent
+ Supervisory experience or proven leadership ability
+ Demonstrated skill in organizing, scheduling, and planning work to maximize operating effectiveness
+ Ability to assess and make sound decisions
+ Must be able to work on-call
+ Proficiency in basic PC applications
+ Must be able to work on-call
+ Proficiency in basic PC applications
+ Knowledge of Distribution Operations and policies
+ DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Upon Hire
+ CIS - Certified Instrument Specialist /DIS, Work Management, mobile systems experience Upon Hire
**Preferred Additional Qualifications for Position**
+ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college, or equivalent work experience
+ Associate's Degree from an accredited college, or equivalent work experience
**Work Authorization**
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.

$93,800.00 - $140,700.00
