Duties & Responsibility
Map the existing market & identify the key growth opportunitiesDevelop a better understanding of evolving F&B market trends and customer needsDevelop programs with a systematic approach that will include appropriate product selections, cost in use calculations, investment needs and benefits delivered to the customerCreate new business development projects. Drive the new business creation process and build a strong sales funnel.Create new business segments in F&B industry.Build value propositions for each opportunity/ projectConduct trials and gain approvals Monitor competitive activitiesAchieve quarterly/annual new business development targetsDevelop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfactionConduct research to identify new markets and customer needsArrange business meetings with prospective clients.Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Science or Engineering.At least 8-12 years working experience in field B2B sales, concentrating in Chemical specialties with experience in equipment & operation would be advantage.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken).
