About the roleYou will be responsible for managing the success of multiple Claims Production teams by driving performance, effectiveness, and operational improvements to daily workflows and strategies.
You will report to the Manager, Claims Production.

Pay Transparency:
The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $56,880 - $74,550 per year. The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $51,120 - $67,095 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar’s unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses..
Responsibilities Guide your team’s metrics, including member and provider satisfaction, quality of care (daily benchmark production) and employee satisfaction Coach direct reports through a culture of feedback and development to provide the best member/provider experience and care possible. Serve as a central communicator -- leading team huddles, promoting vision, strategy, company values, and providing feedback to team members and other company associates. Manage the daily needs of your team, including hiring, training, inventory levels, and scheduling to ensure an efficient operation . Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Other duties as assigned Qualifications 3+ years of direct experience leading and supporting a claims operations area ( production, adjustments, disputes, reconsiderations) 3+ years of medical claims processing experience 2+ years reading and using claims data to identify trends; including inventory management Bonus Points 3+ years prior health plan experience in other operational domains such as configuration, provider services or member services 2 years experience with claims payment and recoupment processes Bachelor's Degree Strong proficiency navigating Google Office Suite, Excel, JIRA, and SQL Demonstrated capacity to balance competing priorities and continue to execute projects with excellenceThis is an authentic Oscar Health job opportunity. Pay Transparency: Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
