The Client Success Team Lead will play a pivotal role in leading and scaling the DoorDash for Business Client Success Manager team through creating the strategy, building scalable solutions, that focus on onboarding, activating, and retention. This team is primarily focused on the entire onboarding experience through post-launch success to ensure every client that is engaging with our sales team is set up for success.
As a Team Lead, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, operations, and marketing to ensure that our CSMs are successful, efficient, and deliver on key business KPIs. You’ll inspire and guide a high-performing team, helping them exceed partner expectations and drive value for the company.
About the RoleAs a leader of our Client Success Management Team, you will oversee 6-9 CSM, including people coaching, performance management to KPI goals, and working directly with customers to ensure we are gathering learnings/feedback to influence initiatives, projects, and our product roadmap.
As Client Success Team Lead, you will implement Client Success Manager/account tracking to ensure no deal falls through the cracks and is set up for success, while adequately providing updates and escalations to XFN/leadership. You will take on projects to support program strategy and structure. These include enablement, process, cross-functional collaboration, and new initiatives.
You will report into Manager, Client Success and Sales Compliance on our Client Success team in our DoorDash for Business organization.
