The Team Lead, Demand Generation will build and execute highly effective marketing programs to drive pipeline and ultimately revenue for Cvent. We’re looking for a B2B marketing professional that thrives on executing and optimizing demand generation programs. The successful candidate is a savvy and analytical go-getter who is adept at developing collaborative working relationships with business unit stakeholders, marketing colleagues, and cross-functional teams and/or vendors to deliver results. This position places heavy emphasis on demand generation and go-to-market campaigns. You’ll be responsible for marketing the Event Cloud Platform to drive demand to our sales team. In This Role, You Will: Orchestrate and execute multi-touch marketing campaigns that include digital marketing, Webinars, Email and Nurture campaigns. Collaborate with marketing operations team to understand and guide the lead management strategy. Play a critical role in optimizing existing Marketing Technology usage and onboarding new technologies for the Event Cloud Work closely with global shared services teams to build, launch and optimize outbound and inbound programs. Extend the reach of Event Cloud North America campaigns to other segments and global marketing teams. Work closely with database and analytics teams to understand and optimize campaign performance. Drive sales and marketing alignment to achieve key KPIs including: MQL to SQL Conversion, SQL to Opportunity Conversion, and Closed Won Opportunities. Here's What You Need: At least 5+ years of experience executing and optimizing marketing programs that produce revenue, preferably in a Technology/Software as a Service company Ability to define, document and manage requirements for processes and systems At least 3+ years of experience with multiple coordinated software systems including email marketing, CRM, marketing automation or analytics (preferably with Salesforce and Marketo) Comfortable in analysis of multiple and large data sets and ability to derive actionable conclusions A proven ability to readily grasp, organize and present concepts to internal stakeholders An innate ability to conceive and sell innovative marketing ideas At Cvent we celebrate, support and are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
