Overview: We at Cvent, seek a Hubspot expert to manage our various instances and optimize our lead nurturing processes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in marketing automation, data analysis, and campaign management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our marketing efforts and drive engagement with our audience. In This Role, You Will: Hubspot Administration: Manage and maintain multiple Hubspot instances, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance. Configure and troubleshoot Hubspot integrations through Zapier (including Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, etc) Support critical data flow configuration between Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce and our communication preference platform Mergers and Acquisitions: Fully scope the Hubspot instance of acquired companies Document all Hubspot-related processes for new acquisitions Provide insight into possible migration/integration of Hubspot instances and identify areas of opportunity Program Optimization and Support: Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies in partnership with cloud marketing to improve conversion rates and customer engagement. Scope, build and execute of new workflows, landing pages and campaigns Analyze the effectiveness of existing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the success of automation initiatives. Prepare regular reports, highlighting insights and actionable recommendations. Here's What You Need: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience with Hubspot. 5+ years of experience with Salesforce. Proven experience in lead nurturing strategies and campaign optimization. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
