The successful candidate will:

•  Have a High School diploma/GED or 2 years equivalent related experience.
• Demonstrate previous leadership experience helpful. 
• Have previous experience with material operating equipment (minimum 1 year with 
electric pallet jack and/or a minimum of 1-3 years with other material operating 
equipment). 
• Be able to work independently as well as be extremely effective in a team 
environment. 
• Demonstrate a positive attitude that sets an example for others. 
• Maintain a sense of urgency and be able to set priorities effectively. 
• Be customer service oriented.
• Demonstrate previous experience using RF Scanner and WMS systems.
• Be able to follow procedures and work instructions.
• Be able to read and write legibly.
• Be able to communicate with co-workers, leads, supervisors, and/or manager as 
to progress in tasks/functions being performed.
