The Team Lead, Material Operator is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and tracking all equipment operator activities for safety, efficiency, and accuracy.

Shifts Available:

Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-2:30am (Swing Shift)

Minimum Qualifications:

Have a High School diploma/GED or 2 years equivalent related experience. Demonstrate previous leadership experience helpful.  Have previous experience with material operating equipment (minimum 1 year with 
electric pallet jack and/or a minimum of 1-3 years with other material operating 
equipment).  Be able to work independently as well as be extremely effective in a team 
environment.  Maintain a sense of urgency and be able to set priorities effectively.  Demonstrate previous experience using RF Scanner and WMS systems. Be able to follow procedures and work instructions.
