Role Summary The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the tasks and schedule of a mechanical technicians. Ensuring the efficient and effective completion of technical tasks such as preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance, and ensuring the closure of work orders. This role involves coordinating daily operations, providing technical guidance, and managing resources.

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of technicians, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and monitoring completion of the tasks. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on complex issues. Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical problems. Monitor progress and address any escalated issues that arise. Ensure that all technical work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations. Manage and allocate tools, equipment, and materials effectively. Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper maintenance of technical resources. Act as a liaison between technicians, engineers, and managers. Provide regular updates on project status, team performance, and any issues. Requirements Proven experience in a mechanical technical role, with at least 2-3 years. Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage technicians. Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and quality standards.
