If you are, ModMed (http://www.modmed.com) is looking for a Board Certified General Surgeon to join our team. As a member of our medical leadership team you would be helping to direct and refine the medical knowledge and features of ModMed's Electronic Medical Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a hyper-growth SaaS company that is truly Modernizing Medicine! Your Role: + Gather feedback from the General Surgery User Community. + Validate feature requirements with Users. + Learn how to code software in order to deliver enhancement requests and fix bugs. No prior software coding experience necessary, we can teach you! + Become an escalation for support, account management and educational needs. + Travel to customer sites. + Reports to the Senior Principal Medical Director. + Work closely with Sales and Marketing to expand product reach through webinars and attendance at trade shows. + Work closely with Customer Service to address User needs. + Required attendance and lead speaker for our annual user group conference (Momentum and Client Advisory Board meetings, if applicable). + Support Sales organization (making introductions, leading demonstrations). + Host Modmed colleagues during office hours and testing new material or work flows in your clinic environment. + Work with education and implementation team to answer any questions that arise in go-live or client onboarding which includes creation of doctor to doctor videos/training videos. + In depth knowledge of ASC visits. Skills & Requirements: + Board Certified General Surgeon with 3 to 5 years clinical experience. + Currently working in a private practice for a minimum of one year. + You are able to make a commitment of 1 day per week. + Willingness to travel to Boca Raton for training. + Excellent communication skills. + Willingness to work hard and collaborate in a team environment. + Open to use all aspects of the product for testing including PM, Patient Engagement, RCM, AI, Klara - early adopter interest. + Strong problem solving skills, adaptable, proactive and willing to take ownership. + Strong commitment to quality and documentation. + Physicians practicing near our South Florida will be given strong consideration. #LI-KM1 #LI-REMOTE ModMed Benefits Highlight: At ModMed, we believe it’s important to offer a competitive benefits package designed to meet the diverse needs of our growing workforce.
