Job DescriptionThe Support Analyst will be a primary point of contact who ensures that requests are expedited quickly and updated accurately in the Visa HRIS Workday. Our Support Analysts work closely with internal Centers of Excellence, managers, employees, and vendors to resolve & understand the nature of request, identify opportunities for process improvement and addressing a wide variety of system questions. The Analyst will also work closely with our operational teams both in the Manila and other regions to ensure the successful execution of our back-office data management goals. We are focused on building a culture of continuous improvement while guaranteeing an efficient and consistent employee experience. The primary focus of our Support Analyst is to ensure data accuracy and integrity within the enterprise HRIS.
Key areas of responsibility
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelors degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience with an Advanced Degree e.g. Masters or MBA. Experience using enterprise-scale HRIS Workday or similar and Case Management systems like ServiceNow or similar.
