Shift Hours: Position will require day shift hours. Overview: Seeking an experienced Team lead, PMP to support Enterprise Transport Management (ETM) Engineering Change Proposal (ECPs) process. Experience with DISA JSP desired. Essential Job Functions + Lead the Requirements Evaluation & Design for Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) + Analyze ECP requirements and develop a proposed technical solution that meets cost/schedule and ECP catalog requirements. + Develop and execute ECPs such as customer specific projects, system upgrades, Transport Network Modernization and Optimization, Systems Transitions and Technology refreshment projects. + Involved with the full ECP Execution process - project approach, project plans, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Work Breakdown structure (WBS), Engineering Installation Plans (EIPs), Circuit Installation Plans (CIPs) and supporting project design and planning documents and cost elements. + Involved with ECP completion and closeout process + Prepare ECP updates and deliverables as required Basic Qualifications Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in information systems, computer sciences, business management, or related field (required); Masters Degree preferred. Clearance Requirements: Active DOD Secret Clearance Yea rs of Experience: 5 + years as a lead Project Manager and 5+ years in a DoD IT environment.
