Overview Calling all Respiratory Therapists! Looking to advance and lead an extraordinary team of Respiratory Therapists, this is the position for you! As a Team Lead you will... Be responsible for the clinical and technical leadership of the Respiratory Care staff. Ensure effective daily operation over area of responsibility. Continue to encompass responsibility for administering respiratory care under a physician's order including, but not limited to, all types of oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, intubation, arterial puncture and analysis, and mechanical ventilation of adult/pediatric/neonatal patients. Plan, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy and facilitates the rental of equipment as needed.
