With Henry Schein One we work with two dental practice management systems; EXACT (Software of Excellence) which is server-based and Dentally which provides cloud-based online dental practice management software that helps thousands of dental practices and professionals.

As a Sales Development Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). Your leadership will guide both New Business SDRs and Inside Sales SDRs, ensuring excellence in prospecting and outreach. This hands-on role requires a proactive leader who is ready to "roll up their sleeves" to drive innovation, strategy, and success while aligning with Henry Schein One's vision.

What you’ll do 

 

Lead and develop a growing team of SDRs: Focusing on both personal and professional growth, ensuring each team member has an Individual Development Plan.  

Design and refine high-quality outreach sequences: Use our CRM system to design, launch, and manage tailored communication sequences ensuring the team have the tools and content to succeed. Coaching SDRs on prospecting techniques. 

Drive the evolution of team KPIs: ensuring alignment with market-leading standards, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and a curious mindset within the team. 

Collaboration: Strong relationships with marketing and the wider sales teams to align on strategy and enhance lead-generation effectiveness. 

Achieve and Exceed Targets: Remain focused on achieving ambitious goals, embracing a target-driven approach to increase meeting rates and qualified opportunity.  

Strong Attention to Detail: Cultivate team to record all customer interactions and ensure the CRM system remains a reliable source of information and insights for cross-team use.  

Recruitment: Recruit and onboard new team members, cultivating a supportive and high-performance environment. 

What you will bring with you 

 

1-2 years of leadership experience, preferably in sales or related fields. 

A proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. 

Exceptional communication and coaching skills. 

Strong understanding of prospecting techniques and sales strategy. 

A hands-on, proactive approach with a self-motivated, accountable mindset. 

An innovative outlook and strategic thinking, aligned with company-wide goals. 

Adaptability to evolving market trends and a drive to exceed expectations.
