Team Lead, Sales Support

About the role We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Team Lead, who will be working as an integral part of the Sales Support team. You will be responsible for managing the queue and the team. You will also act as an SME and POC for any escalations in the EST hours. In This Role, You Will: Team Management/IC Set clear objectives, define goals and ensure each team member aligns with the team’s and organization’s vision. Manage the Queue and make sure SLAs are met Support and guide team members to ensure they meet their individual targets and KPI’s Generate reports on team performance and provide regular updates to management. Enhance the current process and making it more effective Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from sales/finance teams to senior management. Manage change effectively and mitigate risks. Responsible for creation of quotes and opportunities in Salesforce Take ownership of work and ensure completion as per agreed SLAs and timeframes. Projects Management Manage project scope and timelines Responsible for all the intake meetings and understanding the in-depth requirements from the stakeholders Working closely with the team – assigning the project, solving their queries, managing the timelines, and bringing the project to a closure Here's What You Need: Master’s degree in business administration, management, finance or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in process-oriented role Proven work experience as a team leader is a must. Prior experience in working in Salesforce (CRM) tool is preferred. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs. Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written), Presentation Skills. Attention to detail, deadline focus and ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks Strong leadership and organizational skills. Work Hours: EST - 06:30 PM – 3:30 AM (IST)
