Team Leader of Team Relations will work in our Team Member Services Team leading the specialists and coordinators in their functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong personality with a high level of emotional intelligence. You will be working with a large and diverse team of leaders in helping them and their team members navigate conversations to promote our effective, energetic and collaborative environment.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Hiring, training, coaching and leading a team of specialists and coordinators in all facets of their rolesAbility to motivate and lead a team to achieve goalsProven ability to maintain confidentialityDynamic personality that is an exceptional communicator with a proven track record of team building, problem solving, project management, and multi-tasking skills.Demonstrated ability to identify needs of the team/company and provide recommendations of improvementCommunicates effectively verbally and non-verbally, and possess strong technical skillsReviewing information and reports to identify coaching opportunities for UWM team members and leaders and providing feedback as neededUsing your experience to identify opportunities to continually improve processesMeeting with Leaders to identify gaps, trends, expectations and give recommendationsSolution-focused and process oriented WHAT WE NEED FROM YOUMust Have Qualifications:
