Job Description:

We’re looking for a Team Lead, Testing COE to join our Integrated Compliance Services team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to lead the completion of its deliverables and managing team members and providing support in carrying out compliance testing, monitoring and quality assurance functions in Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

Reports directly to the Manager of the Testing CoESupporting and implementing the annual testing plan approved and providing feasible solutions to address issues identified or recommendations to improve the business process and setting up best practicesAssist the Manager in reviewing the works and final reports prior to release and all activities are delivered on a timely basisKick-off, preparation of detailed testing templates, questionnaires, gathering of information and data from the testing subjects for review and analytics, follow up questions and outstanding information, creating high quality working papers and drafting of testing reports

Qualifications:

College/University Degree and/or equivalent experience in Accounting, Legal, Finance, Business or related fieldsMinimum of 4 years of related financial services experience or compliance experienceAmenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)Insurance, banking, internal or external audit experience is preferredWith experience in leading a team is an advantageSolid written and verbal communication skills. Use these skills while working with BU partners and with different levels of the organizationSolid technology skills; knowledge of or ability to learn applicable compliance or business systemsBackground or familiarity with Sales and Agency compliance is a plus
