ABOUT THE ROLES AND OUR TEAM:
The Client Billing team lead will assist in supporting the Client Billing team, Billing Support team, and Debt recovery team. You will be the primary resource for the teams’ questions, escalations, and day to day process improvements. This position will be a working team lead. In addition to the below requirements, you will be responsible for working your own daily tasks as set by the manager.
