Team Lead, Vendor Support

ABOUT THE ROLES AND OUR TEAM:

The Client Billing team lead will assist in supporting the Client Billing team, Billing Support team, and Debt recovery team. You will be the primary resource for the teams’ questions, escalations, and day to day process improvements. This position will be a working team lead. In addition to the below requirements, you will be responsible for working your own daily tasks as set by the manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be the first point of contact for any daily billing questions/concerns from the team   Take ownership of any escalated billing situations as they arise, including phone calls and email communication with vendors Delegate tasks and set deadlines for the team as directed by manager Motivate and inspire team members to hit monthly goals Discuss concerns and solutions regarding the teams day-to-day operations with manager Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts  Work with cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes/procedures Assist the manager with individual coaching and feedback as needed  Discover training needs and collaborate with manager Other duties as assigned 

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:

Must have 6 months experience in current role A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact Ability to provide appropriate constructive feedback as needed  High sense of self awareness Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills  Great interpersonal and communication skills  Professional & Positive influence on team members  Presents self as a role model to teammates  Ability to appropriately and professionally resolve escalated situations
