Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support activities in line Team Lead, Customer Master Data, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of specialists and managing the customer master data processes within an organization. You will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of customer data across various systems and platforms. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with the relevant accounting standards. The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite,#LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the Finance in Bangalore-Magnum. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tTeam Management: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of customer master data specialists. Assign tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance evaluations.•\tData Maintenance and Governance: Oversee the maintenance and governance of customer data records, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures.•\tData Quality Assurance: Establish quality control processes to perform data audits, validations, and cleansing activities. Identify and rectify data discrepancies or errors.•\tData Integration and Synchronization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and synchronization of customer data across various systems and platforms.•\tProcess Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement related to customer master data management. Implement efficient workflows, automation, and best practices to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.•\tStakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service teams, to understand their data requirements and provide accurate and timely customer data support.•\tReporting and Analysis: Generate reports and provide insights on customer data metrics, trends, and patterns. Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and process optimization.•\tTraining and Development: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for the team and other stakeholders to ensure a consistent understanding of data management processes and best practices.
Qualifications for the role\tYou are immersed engaged in you enjoy working with customer master data or master data management (MDM) , SAP \tMinimum 8-10 years of work experience in managing customer data or master data management (MDM) processes and SAP / S4 HANA is preferred.\tYou are passionate about Analytics skills, leadership and team management skills.\tDegree in Mcom/MBA-finance/ BCOM\tYou are at ease communicating in communication (verbal/written)\tKnowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically on MS Excel & PowerPoint
