Leading and motivating team members, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment.

Production: ensuring that the team meets production targets, maintains quality standards, and adheres to safety protocols.Quality Control: implementing and monitoring quality control procedures to ensure that products meet specifications.Continuous Improvement: identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Training and Development: training new team members and providing ongoing support for their professional development.Communication: effectively communicating with other departments and management to ensure smooth operations.Problem-Solving: analyzing and resolving production problems, ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of the production area.Safety: ensuring that the team adheres to safety regulations and implements appropriate safety measures.

Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED Background Check Drug Test Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $19.00 - $20.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
