Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead for our B&L department with 6 to 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in MS Excel and preferably domain experience in Customer Verification-Mortg Ln Frclsr Claim File&srv(MortgLn). This is a work-from-office night shift position with no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead the team in managing and executing daily tasks efficiently.Oversee the use of MS Excel for data analysis reporting and other technical tasks.Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure high-quality performance.Ensure all customer verification processes are completed accurately and timely.Manage mortgage loan foreclosure and claim file services with precision.Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.Develop and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and efficiency.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by the team promptly.Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and management.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.Utilize domain knowledge in Customer Verification-Mortg Ln Frclsr Claim File&srv(MortgLn) to enhance service delivery.Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel.Have 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.Demonstrate excellent leadership and team management abilities.Exhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Show proficiency in customer verification processes.Have domain experience in mortgage loan foreclosure and claim file services (nice to have).Display effective communication and interpersonal skills.Certifications Required
MS Excel Certification Customer Verification Certification (preferred)
