Team Lead
**Full-time or part-time:** Full-time **Job title:** Team Lead **Job Location:** 1430 Enclave Parkway, Houston, TX 77077 **Job Description** : Work on projects, including a next generation native cloud-based solution that provides customers rapid project lifecycle capabilities and helps in understanding well productivity, reserves, production decline, and workover opportunities in unconventional assets. Work with teams with data-centric workflows encompassing both existing practices and new knowledge in a single integrated solution leveraging both public and proprietary operator owned data. Work with the Software Program/Project Manager and team members to identify and organize the best approach to executing the tasks required for the project. Ensure the team follows the applicable Product Development Process and adheres to all the relevant standards and procedures. Deliver the sub-system or sub-elements in time and at the necessary level of quality with respect to the parent project requirements, timeline and budget. Provide technical documentation from the team that describes proven solutions for the project, including design files, technical drawings and specifications documents as required by the EMS management system. Monitor and guide good working practices relating to QHSE, technical rigor, professional behavior and performance of the assigned team. Maintain the necessary level of expertise for the team through training and development as appropriate for the execution of the project. With the Software Program/Project Manager, sets annual objectives and performs regular appraisals of performance for the assigned team. **Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:** Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field, or a foreign educational equivalent plus 2 years of post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or any engineering/developer related job titles. Applicants must have 2 years of experience in the following: (1) Python web service framework to build and modify APIs for data management, simulator integration, and domain workflows; (2) Angular framework for building functionality for applications including data visualization, data management, and user interactive features; (3) agile software processes and practices; (4) typescript programming language, tools, and testing; (5) Azure DevOps backlogs, git repositories, build pipelines, and reporting dashboards; (6) Docker, Kubernetes, and Istio to build and maintain robust infrastructure so the applications and APIs Analytics are online for users; (7) creating and communicating software designs for user interface and web services; and (8) secure coding practices and techniques. .
