The Team Manager will enjoy the challenges of providing growth opportunities for the team based on their performance, attitude, and potential through mentoring and coaching. Our Team Managers have small high-performing teams that rely on them to ensure they have the necessary skills, resources, and tools to achieve goals in the areas of Safety, Quality, Yield, and Productivity. Team Managers are involved in all day-to-day operations of our busy manufacturing facility, including, but not limited to, hiring, mentoring, performance & process improvement, production, quality, and safety.

The Team Manager role offers flexibility with on-call information, where the leader does not have to be on-site over the weekend unless there is a situation requiring their presence. They need to be available via phone and have the option of receiving $200 or a day vacation to use in the future.
Work Environment
The position is in a manufacturing environment. Candidates with plastic extrusion experience are preferred. The candidate will work in a well-lit and temperature-controlled environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
