ProLogistix is hiring Team Leads for full time employment at a NEW cold storage facility in Ridgeville. If you are looking for a team-oriented environment where good performance and attendance are rewarded and there are opportunities for advancement this may be the job for you!   

This is a working lead job where you are actively loading and unloading product in a cold storage warehouse along with directing the activities of other associates. Team Leads are responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the warehouse team to ensure efficient and safe operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cold environment.

Pay starts at $25.00 per hour whether on day shift or night shift. ProLogistix offers unlimited referral bonuses!

Day Shift:  Monday – Friday 6:45 AM to 3:30 PM  (may start earlier or leave later occasionally) Afternoon Shift:  Monday – Friday 3:15 PM to Midnight  (may start earlier or leave later occasionally)

Job Duties as a Team Lead for ProLogistix:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to achieve daily operational goals. Oversee the accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring inventory accuracy and proper stock rotation. Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment. Monitor the quality of goods received and dispatched, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements. Provide training and support to new and existing team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, productivity, and safety incidents. Work independently and use problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles
